General Terms


1. Please complete the registration form and return it to SørSpansk SpråkSkole. The confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible. After having received our confirmation, please send a deposit of 195 Euros by:
-Bank Transfer to the account shown below.                                                                                                        -International Euro Bank Draft to the account shown below.
-International Postal Order to SørSpansk SpråkSkole - C/Playa de la Ballena 12 - 11406 Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

2 The deposit of 195€ will be deducted from the total fee, however not returned if the course is cancelled by the student. Final payment is required 2 days after the course starting date. Payment instructions will be provided together with our invoice.

3 The fee, excluding the deposit of 195€ , is fully refunded if cancellations are made within 21 days before the starting date of the course. 50% of the fee not including the deposit will be refunded if cancellations are made 3 days before the beginning of the course. Cancellations made later than 3 days before the course starting date are not accepted and the fee is not refunded. All cancellations have to be in writing.

4 SørSpansk SpråkSkole does not assume any responsibilities for accidents/damage which may affect the participants as a result of strikes, catastrophes or other major forces, and accidents/damage occurring outside the school’s arrangements. Students are advised to take out a travel and medical insurance. SørSpansk SpråkSkole does not assume any responsibilities for any misprint in the catalogue or the school’s home page. Changes in the leisure activities arranged by the school may arise, depending on time of year.
