1. General.
When you enrol one of our courses you accept the schools
conditions as writ underneath.
2. To enrol a deposit of 195€ will be deducted from the
total fee. Final payment is required 2 days after the
course has started.
3. Please complete the registration form and return it
to SørSpansk SpråkSkole. The confirmation will be sent
to you as soon as possible. After having received our
confirmation, please send a deposit of 195 Euros by:
-Bank Transfer to the account shown below.
-International Euro Bank Draft to the account shown
below.
- International Postal Order to
SørSpansk SpråkSkole
- C/Playa de la Ballena 12 - 11406 Jerez de la Frontera,
Spain.
4. The deposit of 195€ will be deducted from the total
fee, but will not be returned if the course is cancelled
by the student.
Final payment is required 2 days after the course start
date. Payment instructions will be provided together
with our invoice.
5. The fee, including the deposit of 195€, will not be
refunded.

SørSpansk SpråkSkole Cancellation insurance repays
unused course and accommodation fee in the event of the
following:
-You can without restraint cancel you course and
accommodation up to 7 days before the course starts.
-You can cancel course and accommodation after the start
date in the case of urgent medical reasons occurring to
you or your closest family. (Medical certificate is
required)
-Deposit (195 Euros) and the cancellation fee will not
be refunded.
-All cancellations must be in writing.
7.
SørSpansk SpråkSkole assumes no responsibility for
accidents/damage which may affect the participants as a
result of strikes, catastrophes or other force majeure,
and accidents/damage occurring outside of the school’s
arrangements. Students are advised to take out travel
and medical insurance. SørSpansk SpråkSkole assumes no
responsibility for any misprint in the catalogue or the
school’s homepage. There may be changes to the leisure
activities arranged by the school, depending on time of
year.
8.
We reserve the right to change your room
if you reserve a double room in a shared flat and there
is no student with whom you can share. All accommodation
is available from the Sunday previous to the course
start date. You will be required to depart the
accommodation on the Saturday before 12 noon following
the end of your course.
